无水冷高温热油离心泵的结构设计

根据沙漠地带水资源缺乏,热油泵难以采用水冷结构,提出了一种无水冷的新型热油泵结构,并介绍了这种泵的散热、密封部件结构特点。热油泵所输送的高温热油,温度有时可高达300℃以上,而泵的密封件工作温度一般不允许超过150℃,由此需对密封采用冷却措施。通常情况下,油泵采用水冷却,即利用泵盖与密封外圆空间形成的水套,通过循环水对密封腔进行冷却。
